You must have a valid Shopify store and account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
By installing the App, you authorize us to access your Shopify store data as necessary to provide the Service, including reading and modifying product images, product information, and related data.
We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and usage limits:
All billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method according to the billing terms of your subscription.
The free plan allows you to test our service with a limited number of image optimizations. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access additional features and higher limits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's policies.

The App, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the App.
You retain all ownership rights to your images and product data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and modify your images solely to provide the Service.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
While we use industry-standard compression techniques, we cannot guarantee that optimized images will meet your specific quality requirements. We recommend reviewing optimized images before publishing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoWebp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination when possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
