Common Questions

If your images aren't being optimized, please check:

  • Make sure you haven't exceeded your monthly limit (check the dashboard)
  • Verify the images are in a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF)
  • Try refreshing the app and clicking "Optimize" again
  • Check if "Auto-optimize" is enabled in Settings

If the issue persists, please email us with your store URL.

You can change your plan anytime from within the app. Go to the "Upgrade Plan" section in the navigation menu and select your desired plan. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is handled automatically by Shopify.

Yes! Shopify automatically keeps a version history of your product images. You can restore the original version through your Shopify admin by editing the product and viewing image history.

If the app feels slow, try these steps:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try using a different browser
  • If optimizing many images, the process runs in the background — check back later

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Upgrade Plan" page by selecting the Free plan. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin under Apps. Your already-optimized images will remain optimized even after cancellation.
